If you return an item that’s in good condition or cancel your order, you’ll automatically receive a refund.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Everything you exchange should be in good condition. Make sure you don’t cut off tags if there are any. Pack all items in their original packaging.
Make sure to drop off your package within 5 days after letting us know you want to exchange the item. Exchange with the carrier that’s mentioned on your exchange label to avoid costs.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
You can only exchange an item once. If it still isn’t to your liking, you can return the item and order something else.
Personalized items
Unique items, created specifically for you, cannot be exchanged. Is there a manufacturing defect? Please reach out to us.
Limited items
Some exclusive items are not eligible for exchanges. You’ll find this out during the ordering process. If the item is not to your liking, consider returning it (within 14 days after receiving your order) and reordering it in a different size or colour.
